Antibiograms

Antibiograms are essential for designing antibiotic resistance studies, ensuring the API targets the intended bacterial strains. Shown below are representative resistance profiles for select isolates from various species in Emery Pharma’s collection. We also have a chart for strains of MRSA. A PDF version of these charts is available here.

Typical MIC values are given for each standard antibiotic and then the susceptibility is determined per CLSI guidelines:
R = Resistant, S = Susceptible, I = Intermediate
